Everest Base Camp

In 2005 Allison and I joined a 3-week organised trek to Mount Everest Base Camp. The images you see here are a small selection of my favourites. This region is as impressive but physically very different to that of Annapurna which I visited in 1997. What remains the same are the Nepali people - friendly, kind, and welcoming. Nepal is like a giant magnet, and I have no doubt that one day we will visit again.
