Sierra Nevada

As great a holiday as it was, July 2004 was not a good time to be taking photographs in Yosemite. Apart from the heat and haze, the air was thick with smoke particles from nearby forest fires for most of the day. Hiking was discouraged on health grounds but we went for it anyway. I'd love to visit in Spring for a more determined photo shoot.
